From the owner

Our traditional old stone Dalmatian house with private swimming pool is set just outside the center of Split. If you are looking for a quiet spot on the edge of the city (10 Mins by car to Split center) then look no further. We are situated at the foot of the Mosor mountain range in an old Croatian village with beautiful views over Split.

All our rooms have their own private bathroom. We have a fully equipped kitchen. A swimming pool with terrace area with table and chairs, sun beds and hammocks. A BBQ area with tables and chairs and lounge areas inside and out with free WiFi.

Airport pick up/cooking/trips can also be arranged if required.

We have 5 bedrooms consisting of 3 Double rooms, 1 Twin room and a 4 bed (2 bunk beds) room. Each room has its own private bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.

Total sleeping 12 people. We also have a cot, a put you up bed and a sofa bed all of which will sleep an additional 3 small children if required.

The village is small but traditional and has 1 restaurant, 1 small supermarket, a bar and a bakers.

Our location is perfect for sightseeing as we are only 10 minutes from the center of Split. 30 minutes from Trogir. 30 mins from Omis and 20 minutes from the airport. Krka National park is only 45 minutes away. We can provide you with maps and all information on sightseeing and getting around the area.

We also have a regular and reliable bus service from the village to all the above destinations and more if you do not have a car.

CLEANING has always been our PRIORITY, but now you can be assured that under the present circumstances more disinfectants are being used and will be available for your use too for peace of mind.

For 2020 when a new booking is taken, 2 days either side will be left clear for deep cleaning.

We make sure that our guests have the holiday that they are looking for, which includes health and safety. We look forward to meeting you soon!

We will be here to hand over keys and answer any questions you may have about the house, trips, shopping etc. We will then be on call should you need anything or have any problems. We have also in the past cooked for our guests (Peka, a traditional Croatian meal cooked under a dome).We want your holiday to be as relaxed and enjoyable as possible.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ann (the owner) a message.

If Ann (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
