In the Drôme Provençale, 10km from Dieulefit, near Souspierre, charming village, lies this beautifully restored farmhouse, surrounded by a quiet countryside providing unlimited view. You will be between the country of Dieulefit, Mecca of pottery and glassware, the Enclave des Papes and the Baronnies with its natural park. You will discover a paradise for wildlife and flora in the colors of lavender. Nyons, the olive capital, is famous for its markets, its important crafts, Grignan dominated by its castle famous thanks to Madame de Sévigné. The tourist route of the AOC Côtes du Rhône and many sporty activities as mountain biking, climbing, hiking and swimming in the small river are nearby.

The landhouse, restored in 2011, is located in the countryside, in the midst of green fields of sight. It enjoys complete privacy. In the south, a white gravel terrace with large teak table and chairs will be your favourite place for dinner under the canvas arbor and for laze and enjoying cicadas singing, two other pretty canvas arbors are available. A second terrace is located toward the bottom bedroom and still side of the house, a semi-covered terrace is also available. A walk path leads directly to a small river, "Le Jabron." The large pool has a background in diamond point 1m80 deep and grand staircase gradual descent. It is nicely furnished with a small garden of aromatic plants and an outdoor shower.

Walk in -access is given directly into a large open space distributing the lobby, lounge with fireplace, the dining area with a large table for 8 people, modern kitchen, equipped with a 2 ovens- stove in a beautiful center island, American fridge, espresso coffee machine and plenty of storage. In a second lounge room, two comfortable sofas facing a large wall-mounted flat screen.

A hallway accesses the large downstairs bedroom, whose door window overlooking a terrace, the garden and the pool. It is equipped with a double bed, TV, air conditioning, and an adjoining shower room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The toilet is separated.

A staircase access 2 bedrooms distributed on each side of the small hall. The very large master with sofa, double bed, large storage, air conditioning, TV and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. A large terrace with a summer lounge overlooking the garden and pool. Besides, a little room with a cot. The second bedroom with double bed, TV, air conditioning has an en suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. It also offers large storage cupboards.

Starting from the lobby a big staircase accesses the fourth bedroom with a double bed, TV, air conditioning and a shower room and WC. Opposite the bed, a bullseye window offers a superb picture on the horizon, the garden and pool.
