Nestled in the gentle hills of Sorrento Coast, La Terrazza Family Holidays is a private family holiday home that offers you a Home away from Home.

It is the most welcoming Family Friendly Vacation Rental in Sorrento Amalfi Coast.

La Terrazza Family Holidays, lies on the rolling hills of the Sorrento Peninsula, far from the chaos, but only 800 meters from the main square of Sant'Agnello, easily reachable on foot, with a walk of only 10 minutes through the ancient streets of the village of Maiano, between period buildings and small craft shops.

La Terrazza Family Holidays is located on the first and second floor of a small period building, without elevator. The staircase to reach the first floor from the common courtyard, is comfortable and well lit, and consists of 20 steps.

With over *150 sq mt (1600 sq. feet) * and 3 rooms for up to 10 guests, this inviting two-storey house (without lift) offers plenty of space for your family or group of friends to relax without being crowded.

Spacious living areas, panoramic roof top terrace, a modern kitchen and dining room with patio doors leading out onto a sunny oranges garden are only some of the things you will find here.

La Terrazza Family Holidays has been designed to comfortably accommodate families and groups traveling with small children by providing for free two BABY KIT composed by a

- toys

and baby cutlery and plates, upon request.

On the top level, you'll find an awesome ROOF TOP SOLARIUM, spanning over 70 square meters in size (750 sq. feet). It has great vistas of the Sea and even Mt. Vesuvius!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sorrento (the owner) a message.

If Sorrento (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
