This beautiful Villa is located on the hills of Sorrento. The house is certified in accordance with the environmental quality geo-bio® . Accordingly to the energetic elements, analyzed by the criteria of Feng-Shui, this is an idyllic location and situation, an ideal place to build a house, "in the central point of a natural amphitheater, formed by hills, where a watercourse joints with breast and loops". The house is right in this situation, chosen by the ancient builders.
The house is on a quiet street, just below the main road which is connected to buses to reach Sorrento, Nerano and Amalfi Coast. This street is for the exclusive use of the inhabitants of the few surrounding villas and the condition of silence and relaxation of the villa and of the stay is assured.
The house is surrounded by a luxuriant garden. All the rooms of the house have a double entrance: one from the internal and one from the patio or from the garden. This allows for total privacy for all guests.
The main part of the villa, has got a big patio with barbecue, wood-oven, a dining table which can easily accommodate all guests. There are gazebos with relaxing and sitting areas. Entering the main apartment of the villa, there is a nice living room with fireplace and a well equipped kitchen, both (living and kitchen) with direct access from the patio. The sleeping area is at upper floors. There are 3 bedrooms, each with terrace, balcony or patio, 2 full baths, a little exercise room . The 4th bedroom is located in a dependence of the villa. This is really another little apartment ((it can be rented separately), with a second and well equipped kitchen, a convertible sofa bed (two complete single beds) and a bath.
The house is built accordingly to the principles of bio-architecture, healthy materials and furnishings, the whole site is rebalanced by natural and artificial electromagnetic fields as well as being harmonized with special water and crystals that make the stay "revitalizing" and "regenerating". The harmony and the energy of the place is immediately perceptible and visible even from plants and their fruits that can be enjoyed according to the seasons. The guests can enjoy and take fruits/vegetables from their own private garden (accordingly to the availability and to the seasons).

The owner of the Villa, which is the bio-architect who has recently rebuild the house, lives in a separate apartment (not rentable) of the villa. She is very friendly and helpful (in case is needed). The villa is made in a way which allows you to have your full privacy.
