newly refurbished apartment is situated in a prime location in Sliema,
within walking distance of all amenities. Despite being centrally
located, the apartment is situated on a quiet residential street of
traditional Maltese townhouses, where no construction or development is
allowed.
The apartment is on the second floor of a block of apartments and
features an open plan living area with a LED TV and a balcony with a
BBQ, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious double bedroom with an
en-suite, a twin bedroom, and a full bathroom with a bath. The
apartment also comes with linen and towels, cable TV, and free WiFi
Internet, with both bedrooms and living room fully air-conditioned.
Sliema is a popular destination for tourists and locals alike, with
plenty of shops, entertainment establishments, rocky beaches, and the
stunning 5 km long seafront promenade dotted with bars and restaurants,
all within walking distance of the apartment. You can also visit the
beach lidos and water polo clubs, which offer all amenities and a large
pool to visitors, as well as facilities for water sports. The Sliema
promontory offers breathtaking views of Valletta on one side and the
open sea on the other.
The Tallinja Bus Terminus is just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy
to get around the island. It takes only 10 minutes by bus to get to
Valletta or you can take the ferry for a small cruise around the harbor
to Valletta.

apartment, which is more than sufficient. However, if the inclusive
amount is exceeded, the extra consumption will be charged at the
local rate.
A bus stop is located just a few meters away from the apartment, making
it easy to get around without a car. However, if you choose to rent a
car, parking is free for public use along the street and the
neighboring ones.
Check-in time for the apartments is generally 2:00 pm and check-out is
at 10:00 am. However, if there are no arrivals on the same day, the
apartment can be kept for longer.
