Impresionante piso de Lujo de 110 m2. en la estación de esquí de Sierra Nevada, junto a las pistas y al Centro de Alto Rendimiento ( CAR ).

Recién reformado y decorado. Con dos Zonas Independientes. Una con 1 baño y dormitorio con 2 camas de 90 y una de 1,50. Y la Otra zona con 1 Baño y un dormitorio con litera con una cama de 1,20 + cama de 1,15 + cama de 90 arriba. Cocina independiente pero con acceso directo al salón equipada con lo ultimo. Gran salón con chimenea de Piedra y solarium acristalado con impresionantes vistas al Veleta, a las principales pistas y Granada. Armarios Empotrados. Calefacción Ceramica de ultima generación.

Fácil acceso y aparcamiento de vehículos. A 300 metros del telesilla. 400 metros a pistas, con lo que no hay que coger el vehículo para desplazarse. Junto a albergue juvenil, Hotel Rumaykiya y sobre Hotel Arttyco Montesol. Todo tipo de servicios alrededor. En el corazón de la estación de Sierra nevada y junto a la naturaleza. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Melchor (the owner) a message.

If Melchor (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
