Situado en plena Serra da Arrábida, en Setúbal, la finca del Moinho do Marco ofrece increíbles vistas, aire puro, silencio, paz, tranquilidad y sosiego, y a está sólo a 5 minutos en coche del casco antíguo de la ciudad, las playas, el mercado local....

El apartamento fue completamente renovado en enero 2020, es ideal para grupos o familias hasta 5 personas, da directamente al jardín y a la piscina, todo ello para su USO PRIVADO. Es un lugar único desde el que se tienen las mejores vistas sobre la bahía de Setúba, perteneciente al restringido Club de las Más Bellas Bahías del Mundo.

Distribución: openspace con salón-comedor y cocina, habitación principal, cuarto doble con 1 litera y cuarto de baño completo con cabina de ducha. Equipado con nevera con pequeño congelador, placa vitrocerámica, campana extractora, cafetera, tostador, hervidor de agua, minipimer, servicio de platos y cubiertos, vasos, copas, plancha, tupperware, tabla de planchar y útiles de limpieza...

A pocos metros del apartamento hay una zona con un arenero bajo la sombra de un árbol con cubos, palas, rastrillos, etc. y la piscina, de uso libre, que tiene 1 metro de profundidad y está vallada.

En la terraza hay mesas y sillas para poder instalarse a desayunar, comer, cenar, o simplemente a leer un libro en cualquier estación del año, disfrutando de las preciosas vistas sobre el estuario del río Sado. También hay amplia zona de sombra con muebles de jardín a su disposición.

Si viaja con bebés podemos facilitarle cuna, trona, parque,bañera con cambiador, etc. solicite el "Kit bebé"

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Guadalupe (the owner) a message.

    If Guadalupe (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
