Amazing 2 storey traditional Balinese villa with big private pool in a prime location, right in the heart of Oberoi in Seminyak.

Your own little heaven providing you with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere 2mn walk from all the action!

Villa Kelana is situated 50m off the center of the famous “food street” Jalan Oberoi, and still very close from Jalan Raya Seminyak (boutique street). The location couldn't be more central and will allow you to go anywhere just by walk.

-> Easy and fast access to any part of the Seminyak-Kuta areas, and only about 30mn away from Denpasar airport.

ONLY 5 mn WALK from WORLD FAMOUS beach-lounge Ku De Ta, Seminyak square and only 15mn from all the popular Seminyak destinations such as Metis, W, La Mexicola and Potato Head, with a great selection of boutiques and restaurants along the way.

You can also find a spa a spa just a few meters from the villa and few others a couple of minutes walk, as well as a supermarket, a pharmacy etc.

-Fully equipped kitchen with bar, gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishes and cookware, mineral water dispenser, coffe machine, blender etc

-Dining area with table and chairs for everyone

-Large open living area with few sofas and tables to relax the peaceful tropical garden-equipped with ceiling fans

-1 spacious air conditioned bedroom with cable TV, King size bed and wardrobe

-Open air bathroom with toilet and shower

-Day bed with large mattress, perfect to take a little nap before to dip in the pool or to get a “in-house massage”

Outdoor area:

-Beautiful large private swimming pool (12*4m-depth 1,30 to 1,60m) surrounded by a 350m2 tropical garden

-Sun beds to sunbath and relax front of the swimming pool

First Floor:

-Media room equipped with sofas, cable TV and DVD player

-3 large air conditioned bedrooms all equipped with cable TV. Two of them equipped with king size beds and one with two single beds

-Bathroom with toilet, bath tub and shower

We provide:

Villa Kelana is also fully staffed with Ketut our wonderful maid and Kadek who keeps the gardens and pool in great shape during the day and also ensure the villa security from 9pm to 11pm. If you need anything, they will be there to help you.

Private garage just at the front of the villa.

Possibility to have dinner prepared at the villa upon request.

Taxi Service is 24/7 easy to catch near the house.

We can also help you to find a babysitter or anything you might need.

The way from airport usually takes around 30 minutes (depending on traffic). If using our transfer service, the driver will meet you at the airport with a sign with your name. Either my staff or myself will will welcome you at the villa and give you a quick tour. We will be the one taking care of you during your stay so don't hesitate to contact us if you have any request. Otherwise, if you don't need us, we will simply give you privacy and let you fully enjoy your trip in Bali ;)

Note that although the villa is originally equipped for 8 people, we can also host a 9th person with an extra mattress and towels for an extra charge of $20/night.

Why can't I call Rano (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rano (the owner) a message.

If Rano (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
