This villa is the newest additional to our selected designer villas. This new built villa has its own charm with hard-wood spread on the entire floor will welcomes you on your first step to the villa. This structure is entirely made of wood and precisely crafted in every detail. Walls in the villa painted with creative mural art reflecting the villa name.

This villa consists of three bedrooms, each bedroom equipped with air-conditioner and en-suite bathroom provide guests with a refreshing stay. All tastefully furnished to provide comforts such as full-equipped kitchen, large swimming pool, balcony / terrace, sun chair, hot-water shower, and microwave. It offers numerous on-site facilities to satisfy even the most discerning guest.

The villa projects an off-the-beaten-track atmosphere. Not too far from the villa is the famous eat-street at Seminyak area. A short drive away and is the shopping mecca of Kuta and Seminyak.

This villa offers activities, entertainment, and sport without formality, all in an exotic and tropical setting with an almost unlimited choice of leisure activities.

You will be pleased to know that Wi-Fi service is available in the entire villa as well as 32" LCD TV with international channels, DVD player with USB in each bedroom.

A daily maid service in the morning is available to help you prepare for breakfast on request for just the cost of groceries. A complimentary use of mineral water throughout your stay is also available and a possibility of laundry. A kind of motorcycle or car rental, baby sitter, spa on call, shopping of groceries on pre-arrival also a possibility of airport pick-up can be easily arranged. A local mobile phone will be provided for free so you can even order from nearby restaurants using the menus available in the villa.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
