From the owner

Villa Ketumbar is located in the center of the trendy Seminyak area. Seminyak is very famous for its boutiques, restaurants and nightlife and only a walk away from the beach. The villa construction was inspired by traditional Balinese architecture (4 buildings). The largest building has a spacious opens living room onto the garden (fully equipped with antique Indonesian furniture) and an open kitchen (fully equipped, with French appliances). Upon entering the villa, the orchid wall catches the eyes.

The pool in Bali stone is at the center of the garden. A gardener provides daily maintenance. On both sides of the swimming pool there are 2 identical buildings. Each building is made of 2 large bedrooms with inside and outside bathroom. (There is a bathtub in the inside bathroom, and a shower in the outside bathroom.). The 4 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioned and with a canopy king size bed, and with dressing room (with safety box)

You can spend a pleasant time on the beach bed on the terrace around the swimming pool, and you can also relax yourself in the Bale (a Bale is an open wooden building with a 3 x 2 meters bed).

The kitchen/bar boasts an oversized fridge. From the living area you can access the garden with a beautiful view on the pool. Between the living room and the swimming pool you will find an outside dining table which accommodates 6 to 8 guests. Outside, everything is provided for your comfort in the tropical garden, swimming pool, sunbeds, bale (outside bed) dining table and chairs, barbecue.

- 1 Air conditioning (ECONAVI) including NANOE-G

4 spacious bathrooms, each bathroom are indoor and outdoor, fully equipped with:

- Terrazzo basin on limed teak furniture

- Big terrazzo bathtub, outdoor shower with large pommel

- Linen and towels.

- Hotel amenities will be provide for your confort the first day (2 toothbrushs, toothpaste, soap, shampoo) (One time per stay)

LOCATION:

The Villa is located in the heart of Seminyak (in a very quiet area). 900 meters from the beach (66 beach), 5 minutes by walk to the restaurants and shops.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Recanati (the owner) a message.

If Recanati (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
