This Lovely Villa s located in a safe and quiet location in the heart of trendy Seminyak. The villa is lovingly decorated in a traditional Bali style. The villa offers 3 bedroom & 3 bathrooms ensuite. It is about a 10 -15 min walk (950m) to the beach and 5 min ( 400m) walk to fashionable Oberoi Street, with popular hip restaurants and chiq boutiques.

The spacious villa has a large inviting 14m pool and a lush garden with lovely tropical flowers and trees. The interior in Traditional Bali and Colonial style is mixed with modern interior design details. Balinese Wood carving pillars in the Open Living, stone carvings on the walls and the hard wooden shingles on the roof are enhancing the traditional Bali feel.

Natural materials and recycled wood are frequently used in this lovely villa.

A bamboo Pool fence is available and can be set up on request for small additional cost.

Furthermore it offers all modern conveniences you would expect to find. Free wifi, 60 channel Cable TV ,Flatscreen TV and DVD players in all bedrooms. AirCon in the bedrooms, modern Kitchen, safe deposit boxes and Laundry service.

Our Friendly Balinese staff (english speaking) will prepare you a beautiful breakfast in the morning and clean the villa daily.

There are various Spa's close by.

It is also possible to organize a car or motorbike rental, driver, day tours, massage, private cooking in the villa (1 day before).

Also very easy to take a taxi's, as they pass by very frequent.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anna (the owner) a message.

If Anna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
