Beautiful Villa Anais is situated in a quiet and safe area in the heart of trendy Seminyak. It is decorated in a lovely traditional Bali style mixed with colonial furniture details.

The villa offers a large pool, a comfy relax lounge, a garden kazibo and a lush beautiful garden.

Wooden hand carved pillars, beautiful stone carvings and various paintings by Balinese artists are enhancing the ‘Tropical feeling’ you like to find.

Villa Anais gives you the True ' Bali Feel''.

The location is perfect, on about a 10-15 minutes walk to Seminyak's beach and a 5 minute walk to fashionable Jl Oberoi, with a large variety of popular hip restaurants and boutiques, also called the 'eatstreet'. And close by a wide variety of Spa’s on a few minutes walk.

The open Living offers a comfortable relax lounge facing the pool. The interior is decorated with Colonial style furniture, mixed with modern design and Balinese hand made art. The roof of the living area and bedrooms are covered with hardwood shingles.

A Pool fence is available and can be set up on request for small addtional cost.

All 3 bedrooms have Poolview.

Villa Anais offers all modern conveniences you would expect to find, free Wifi, 60 channel Cable TV, Flatscreen TV and DVD players in all 3 bedrooms, safe boxes, Air conditioned bedrooms, modern Kitchen, and laundry service.

There are various Spa's on a short walk from the villa in Jalan Drupadi.

It is possible to organize a driver for day tours. massage at the villa and private cooking (order 1 day before). It is easy to catch taxi's (40 meter walk) they pass by in Jl Drupadi frequently day and evening.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anna (the owner) a message.

If Anna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
