Spacious Villa in Semiyak's heart. Restaurants,shops,walk to beach. Secure.Air conditioned bedrooms/lounge.Private pool/gardenGazebo Cable TV/DVD-lounge/bedrooms Staff Balcony Fully equipped kitchen Ensuites to bedrooms and pwder room downstairs.Stereo/docking stn alarm clocks wifi Cot.pram.high chair.car seat. Extra beds. Roomy, clean and relaxing.Lounge/kitchen is closed off to protect guests from mosquitoes and for added security. The beds are lovely and comfortable, with mosquito nets - though we rarely get any mosquitoes in the rooms. Relaxing in the gazebo next to the pool is fantastic. It is a great place to be.

Getting around

Made - driver, can take you anywhere you like. There are also many taxis only 40 metres away on Jalan Laksmana. Walking to the many places to eat, and shops is so easy and close. There are mini marts for supplies, shops and a spa next door. Everythinf is so close.

Interaction with guest

You will be greeted at the airport and taken to the villa. The driver - Made - is also the manager. The girls will cook a lovely breakfast and clean for you, then you can have as much privacy as you wish. Made can take you shopping or touring, just ask him. Feel free to ask any questions you have during your stay. The girls are lovely, and Made is knowledgeable, kind, speaks good English and is honest. There is a phone in the villa for your use, you may call Made at any time.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
