THE VILLA

Nestled in a quiet residential area, a few minutes walk from the famous Jalan Laksmana located in the center of Seminyak, the villa is a place of serenity and refinement. This resolutely modern residence is surrounded by nature inside out. Refined beauty and absolute comfort are gathered around the superb turquoise swimming pool surrounded by bougainvillea, ylang-ylang and other tropical plants. The villa offers a unique atmosphere, combining Balinese exoticism and timeless elegance. Built in a contemporary and airy architectural style, the spacious living room is decorated with antiques, pieces of art and local paintings, thus creating a sense of freshness and sweetness of life at any time of the day. In the evening, a second living room adjacent to the illuminated pool allows you to enjoy delicious cocktails while admiring the starry sky. Alternatively, you can also rest on our wonderful teck hammock by the pool.

The villa also has 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms, with king size beds and a TV (international cable), with large wardrobes and a safe. Each room has its own Terrazzo bathroom carrying a minimalist and soothing atmosphere, with a shower and an individual bathtub partially open to the leafy garden. Equipped with all the modern amenities, the American kitchen and its dining room can gather up to 8 guests. Upon request, Putu, our full-time house keeper, will be happy to cook for you typical Indonesian dishes. A discreet and careful staff will be present throughout your stay to welcome you at the airport, to prepare your breakfast, to take care of your laundry, as well as to ensure the overall stewardship of the villa. A service is also available if you want to rent scooters, a car, or to organize your inland or island trips and excursions. Upon request, you can also plan for a day ride on our VW Safari, to discover the wonderful landscapes of Bali.

Our villa has been constructed with very refined materials and you will for sure appreciate its beauty. Upon entering the villa, our local managers will make a complete check-in and give you specific instructions like avoid spraying sunoil on the floor, remove any stain from the floor if something has been spilled, etc.. In order to make sure that our villa and its amenities are taken care of, we ask each of our residents for a deposit of 600 Euros upon entering the villa: this sum will be due in Euros to our local managers and corresponds to approx. 700,00 US Dollars or 900 Australian Dollars. The deposit amount will be released back to you, at the end of your stay, provided no damages have been done.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Manuela (the owner) a message.

If Manuela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
