Villa Atlantis is a private 1-bedroom pool villa. It is an exquisite and unique blend between traditional Indonesian and modern minimalist design elements, providing a unique luxurious outdoor living experience. The villa is perfect for couples and honeymooners, for everyone looking for a romantic hideaway, close to the famous city life of Seminyak.

The villa has an infinity pool, a koi fishpond, an open living area with Cable TV, fast Wi-Fi, and an Asian-style dining area by the pool and a comfortable minimalist wooden couch. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with bar table.

The bathroom can be reached via steps over a fishpond and follows the Bali-concept of semi-outdoor and is filled with feng-shui style pebbles.

Upstairs lies the air-conditioned master bedroom, with custom-made furniture and a king-size bed. In May 2015 I have installed insulation for the upstairs wall to guarantee more quietness in the room.

The villa is serviced by my father-in-law Made, who, with his vast experience in the hotel-business, will do his best to make your stay comfortable and easy. Made will clean the villa everyday and serve you daily breakfast. He can also arrange motorbike or car rentals, tours or cook a delicious romantic dinner for you. You can try a Balinese cooking class with Made, as he is also a former cook and excellent home chef!

A lot of care has gone into the planning every detail of the villa. It uses shingle roofing to preserve the natural look of the house. The garden area exudes a very cozy and tropical feeling and the pool is perfect to cool down during the hot hours or for a swim in the evening.

Our father Made will be in the villa to check you in and make you familiar with all the facilities in the villa. He is very flexible in service also: usually Made will come to make you daily breakfast and clean the house at the time of your convenience. However some guests prefer to have a complete private time, which is also completley fine with us, except that we need to do regular pool service every 2 days, which will require us to access the villa at any time of your convenience. Made is also very knowledgeable about Bali and activities, so feel free to ask him for assistance and information. If you would like to book a cooking class at our home in Bongkasa, near Ubud, Kadek and I will be happy to meet you in person as well!

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact the property manager to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
