Description

The beautiful villa ShaTo is exceptionally situated with direct access to the famous Seminyak beach through a 500m shady footway. Walk with your bathing suit and the surf board to the beach where the sun sets spectacularly over the backdrop of Seminyak.

The villa is in a very calm and secured small street and provides an oasis of tranquility although close to all up-scale restaurants, hotels, night clubs, trendy boutiques and galleries in the fancy aera of Seminyak.

The small château was entirely renovated in 2015, has a 80 m2 open living area with traditional and contemporary furniture and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. It has 2 large bedroms with open ensuite bath rooms and 2 smaller bedrooms in the upper floor with another common bathroom and a open mezzanine. The equipment ensures modern comfort (AC in all bedrooms, 2 large flat Satellite TVs, large selection of DVDs, surround stereo, WIFI (Fibre), LED lightening). The big Gazebo with the daybed, alongside the swimming pool (including a small one for children and apero), a lush garden, the sports equipment (surfboards, bodyboard, beach towels, etc.) invite to laziness and stimulate activities.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Toni (the owner) a message.

If Toni (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
