Beautiful 2 storey villa in a premium location right in the center of Seminyak, the trendy area of Bali. Your own little heaven situated at the beginning of Jl Drupadi, right next to a couple of spas and the delicious Lacalaca Mexican restaurant. The villa is just a few meters off the famous “food street” Jalan Oberoi (Jl Kayu Aya or Jl Laksmana), and very close from Jalan Raya Seminyak (shopping street) and also Jl Sunset road. Easy and fast access to any part of the Seminyak-Kuta areas, and only 30mn away from Denpasar airport. Walking distance from all the popular Seminyak destinations such as Seminyak square, Made's Warung, Metis, world famous beach-lounges Ku De Ta and Potato Head, with a great selection of boutiques and restaurants along the way. There are plenty of spas around the villa that can also arrange massages in the villa.

Nyoman will always be there to help you if you need anything, he's the handy man of the villa.

The villa is very safe and secure as Nyoman and his family live in the house front of the villa within the private parking and there is always someone around.

Possibility to have breakfast/meals prepared by Agung the maid upon request.

Airport pick-up and drop-off can be organized upon request.

Taxi Service is 24/7 easy to catch near the house.

We can also help you to find a babysitter or anything you might need.

Note that although the villa is originally equipped for 6 people, we can also host a 7th person with an extra mattress and towels for an extra charge of $20/night.

Thanks for your review Craig. I'm sorry you found the AC wasn't cold enough but when you say that it's been reported in other reviews, well actually only 1 other guest mentioned it while all the others were happy with it. And yes it does happen that the guest set up the AC on the wrong mode, although It might not have been the case for you... I will check the AC to see if it needs to be maintained as it might just be a matter of freon level or some settings adjustment. In that case no need to replace them... Thanks again and I hope to have you stay with us again.

Dear Asoka, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you had some issues about the efficiency of the AC but I'm really surprised as we maintained the AC couple of months ago and we check it regularly to make sure it still provide cold enough atmosphere. It actually happens quite often that the guests set the AC on the wrong mode which might prevent it from being as cold as it could be. This might be what happened. However, I will write a AC set up manual for the guests to make sure this doesn't happen again and will check the AC system again. As for your suggestions, it's well noted and we'll make sure to replace the cattle as we didn't realise it got broken. As for the microwave, we will look into that as well. As for the ceiling fan, unfortunately this is something we just can't install as the ceiling in the living room is not strong enough to hold a ceiling fan. If you noticed there's an under ceiling that holds the lighting of the ceiling which is unfortunately not strong enough. I originally wanted to put a ceiling fan but the configuration of the living room just didn't allow that option. Anyway, thanks again for your review and suggestions as we always try to improve our guests comfort and satisfaction. We hope to have you stay with us again soon. Rano

Why can't I call Rano (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rano (the owner) a message.

If Rano (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
