STAMAN ASRI is a large air conditioned villa overlooking the large pool including an open covered area all located close to beach, shops and restaurants.

The villa offering peace and tranquility, no motor bike or traffic noise here, yet 6 minutes walk your at the beach entering at KuDeTa’s famous beach club.

Walk another 10 minutes further to the right and theres, Seminyak Square and Shopping Mall and your in central Seminyak with its restaurants and great shopping with individual chic shops.

STAMAN ASRI VILLA IS ONLY 6 MINUTES WALK TO 2 LOVELY BEACHES.

Seminyak beach walking left as you face the villa street and 6 minutes walk to Kudeta Oberoi beach on the right as you face the villa street. (see location below or map in photo gallery)

ASRI VILLA is now isolated from the pool with a toddler Proof fence and lockable gate across the outside dinning area (see photo gallery) Along with safety rails on the upstairs Upper mezanine extra double child's bed.

A DELIGHTFUL large building consisting of 3 bedrooms plus an extra mezanine double bed on the upper level above and beside the main double bed.

It's a very private villa in the Seminyak circle. It is located within walking distance, 5 minutes, to the beach, the famous Oberoi hotel and Ku De Ta beach club. "Eat Street" with many great restaurants is similar distance away. "Happy Street" with many bars and great night life is also within walking distance.

The villa location offers peace and quiet as it is hidden away from the main roads

Villa Staman Asri has a spacious relaxing enclosed air conditioned living room with sofas, TV. The kitchen with oven, 2 burner stove, refrigerator, hot/cold water dispenser, sink and basic cooking facilities. Dinning area with 8 seat dinning table leads to the large master bedroom with with its own private garden. The second spacious bedroom leads off the main living room. Both have air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. Internet fibre optic WiFi connection is available 24 hours. A large flat screen in enclosed lounge consists TV, DVD player. 11m x 4m swimming pool & garden with sun loungers.

A double bed in the upper floor bedroom, accessed by fairly steep stairs, has additionally another double bed on a mezanine level. With seperate bathroom facilities on ground floor including a bath for children. All with a balcony overlooking the living area.

Extra guests over 6 individuals incur a small 10USD fee per night to cover laundry and service charges.

Staman Asri villa and our sister villa Staman share the same high fenced wall. There is 2 double security connecting doors (on the joint outer garden wall) that can be opened to allow large groups or families to enjoy both properties making 1000 sqm of available space approximately. This is a unique feature of Staman Asri and Staman Villa not available with other villas especially in the seminyak area. Total sleeping around 22 guests in various sleeping combinations.
