From the owner

Studio apartment Lusajo is new building in modern architecture style. Mediterranean plants are surrounding the building in the garden and terraces. A big French window is offering a beautiful sight to the village by the sea and making a nice atmosphere. It is situated in a calm area but easy to access from the main road.

In the back are of the house is the private mini football/volleyball field for active relaxation. You can also enjoy a nice evening in the open area gardens terrace. The interior of the Studio is all new decorated with all supplies you could need so you can feel like home.

Sleeping/living place is specious with 30 square meters and a bathroom 6 square meters. The beach and the center of the village is 5 minutes walk. Seget Vranjica is the calm place with nice beaches, clean sea, local boat marina, walking areas, restaurants.

It is ideal for a peaceful holyday for two in the relaxing and private ambient. Also the location of our Studio is well connected with other roads which can take you to places it is recommended to visit i this part of Dalmatia, like old UNECSO towns Split and Trogir, national parks Krka and Plitvice, ruins of old Greek town Salona and many others.

You can make fast mini trips with no traffic jams. In the marina there is a boat line to near islands with fish picnic offers. For young couples or for all who feels young the are summer discotheques open late in the night.

super beautiful place well located, close to the sea the studio is complete (well equipped), super modern. there is a playground for children. the owners are welcoming. I highly recommend it.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Neva (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
