4 Bedroom, 1,5 Bath, One block from the Ocean & River, ALL NEW RENOVATIONS!

Come on, I know you need a little magic.......... and magic is our specialty du jour! From whence wayward westerlies blow there's a Four Bedroom Beach Cottage for you.

Mermaids song is located where the river and the ocean meet. She sits on a quiet street where you can retreat from the bustling crowds in Summer but still take short stroll or bike ride to the prom. It's perfect for feeling like you have a private beach and the clamming is SUPREME! Just a few short blocks away there is a Newly Renovated City Park across from the 12th street bridge, where you can try your luck with our crab cages.

The River comes in and out with the tide to the right of you which is perfect for fishing, kayaking, clamming or beach combing for the oceans treasures. You have a peek of the sunset from the kitchen or front porch and two beach access points just one block in either direction. We have even been known to have a local herd of Elk stop by, as they make their way to and from the beach.

This house was purchased late last year 2017 and has been meticulously renovated! Everything is new and PARKING FOR 4 Cars! Thank you for your time and consideration of our Beach House (aka-Mermaids Song)

This renter and his guests smoked cigarettes and admitted sitting in their truck in my driveway smoking marijuana. They threw them all over the property including the road. The house smelled like smoke and not only did the neighbor make a complaint to the town but also the next renter called me to report their was a faint smell of smoke. The rules of our house are the rules of our house and should be respected if you choose to rent it. I don't care how old you are, if you have to question your own actions then that should tell the little voice in your head to think twice (renters own quote right here "I was the only one from Thursday noonish through Friday 8pm smoking and put butts in glass jar in recycled box that was left when I arrived. Other smoker did the same thing and we ALWAYS smoked away from doors by the side of garage parking. Maybe they did not like the smell of Mary Jane from the vehicle." I dont think people who smoke realize how dirty and ignorant their habbit is. If you smell like smoke(which one to two people smoking that much absolutely do and you come into someone's house, then the house smells too. You are in their beds, on their furniture. There was nothing hidden here...we were very clear we would keep your deposit to defumigate our property if even the faintest smell of smoke existed. So that becomes a binding agreement and although airbnb could not keep your security because I didn't have pictures of you smoking inside. I do have pictures of the exterior after, the neighbors testimony that you were smoking and the next renters too. Airbnb didn't post either of our reviews because it wouldnt be fair but you decided to come on here and write what I would call a very one sided and false version of the truth and now I will see you in small claims court for the damages. Congratulations! You sir think you are entitled and you are disrespectful and your habbits and lifestyle should not be forced upon others. Especially when it wasn't your home.

How do damage deposits work?
