Situated on the outskirts of the pretty village of Scheffau this beautiful Tyrolean apartment is the perfect setting for a family or group of friends to enjoy either a winter or summer holiday. The apartment is part of a small 3-chalet complex. FURTHER APARTMENTS SLEEPING 4 OR 6 PEOPLE ARE ALSO AVAILABLE. PLEASE ENQUIRE.

Scheffau lies at the heart of the "SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixenthal", Austria's largest interconnected ski area allowing easy access to the nearby resorts of Ellmau, Going, Soell and Westendorf. The main gondola station is approximately 5 minutes away by car or ski bus. The apartment benefits from spacious, well equipped living accommodation and is well placed for a variety of restaurants and bars and a wealth of activities for all ages both in winter and summer. It is ideal as a base for activity or relaxation.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
