Appartement indépendant au 1er étage avec une grande terrasse dans maison aucun vis à vis avec une entrée indépendante. agrée 2 étoiles de France. Une toute petite vue mer de la terrasse qui est équipée d'un salon de jardin , bain de soleil, parasol et d'un barbecue.

Vous avez également possibilité d’accéder au jardin côté appartement.

Parking. Jardin clôturé. NON FUMEUR. Animaux non admis.

Locations du samedi 15h au samedi 9h30.

Très calme à 400m d'une superbe plage, d'une cale et d'un endroit pour la pêche à pieds : en quelques mots le paradis breton !!!!

L'appartement est composé d'une chambre avec un lit en 160cm. d'une grande pièce principale avec un clic clac, une télé, d'un coin cuisine équipé avec hotte, frigo + congel + une gazinière avec four, un micro onde, d'un grille pain, une bouilloire, une cafetière, autocuiseur, etc

Un local sous l'escalier avec machine à laver, et possibilité de déposer des vélos ou autres.

Une terrasse exposée Sud avec petite vue mer avec salon de jardin, barbecue, parasol et étendoir à linge.

Tout est blanc et bleu, les murs, les meubles, la vaisselle et même le linge.

Nos amis les animaux ne sont pas admis.

Nous mettons à votre disposition le matériel pour la pêche à pieds. WIFI GRATUIT

De notre appartement possibilité de faire de grandes randonnées à pieds ou en vélo en suivant les kms de pistes cyclables à votre disposition. Vous trouverez tous les plans et guides dans le meuble sous la télé. Nous sommes également à votre disposition pour de plus amples renseignements et nous nous ferons un plaisir de vous donner de bons conseils pour rendre votre séjour très agréable.

Nous sommes tout proche de la piste bmx où se déroulent de nombreux championnats.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Genevieve (the owner) a message.

If Genevieve (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
