Small hamlet of 5 houses completely restored to 8 km of Sarlat While camped on a sunny hillside opposite the village of Marquay, the area, which covers fifteen hectares, boasts a magnificent view of the countryside and surrounding forests. The peace and tranquility give this place a little taste of paradise. We bought in 2012 a small hamlet inhabited (and a little ruined ...) in the Dordogne, in the heart of the Dordogne, a few km from "Sarlat", the famous medieval city. Love with the area, we decided to restore this small paradise respecting of course the local architecture and, by bringing a cozy and facilities to receive customers looking for peace and quiet. Four of the buildings are for housing our guests, the fifth being completed is intended for recreation (table tennis table and table football, elliptical bicycles and flat) and easements (office, home, and kitchen and dining reception). To date, and after over 3 years of work, 4 houses have been completed and the last building is decorating classes. Each house is completely independent and has its own pool. The user-friendly layout of the premises can also hire the whole for a large family. The total accommodation capacity is 32 beds in 15 rooms and serviced by 9 bathrooms. Our main concern during this renovation was to imagine everything so that each house can enjoy a breathtaking view and a feeling of total freedom without suffering the neighborhood.     You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Patrice & Virginie (the owner) a message.

    If Patrice & Virginie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
