The apartment is one of the 8 apartments in 2 blocks with communal pool and garden.It is on the ground floor and has large balconies where you can enjoy the sun and mountain views. It is located in a quiet area but walkable to Sarigerme village centre where there are shops, bars,restaurants and night-life.

The property is very close to the famous Sarigerme Beach. Sarigerme is an area of outstanding natural beauty and the beach area is a car free zone. As a result there is a free transfer service from the village to the beach. It is also only 15 minutes to the larger towns such as Dalyan and Dalaman.

The property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ideal for families or groups. It is equipped very well for the guests' needs during their stay and the garden and pool are kept maintained daily by a professional gardener.

This luxurious apartment is on the first floor and over looks beautiful landscape and the large communal swimming pool. The apartment shares the pool with only 7 other apartments and has the use of a small gym, sauna, children's park and bar. There is also a tennis court opposite the apartments. There is a free access to the tennis court for the guests.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
