If its pure relaxation you need then this is your place. Set in the middle of an orange orchard with its own private access this large manor villa has all the settings for a perfect Mediterranean holiday. Although situated in the country side all local buses stop right outside the driveway. The villa consists of 5 very large bedrooms all en suite, large living area with separate kitchen and on the lower ground floor a sauna and jacuzzi. 5000m2 garden consists of large swimming pool, BBQ area, orchards, vegetable patches and many many palm trees.

1. The weekly price quoted does not include transfers to and from the airport

2. The weekly price quoted includes a cleaning before arrival , mid weeks and a cleaning on departure.

3. You will be met at the property by a member of the Malikane team who will hand over a set of keys. The same person will be there on your departure to inspect the property and to take the keys.

4. If any problems occur with the property during your stay please inform the maintenance staff at Malikane at the time.

5. 10% deposit is due to reserve the property. The remaining amount is due 6 weeks before departure.

6. £500 damage deposit is to be paid with the main amount. This will be returned to the bank of your choice within 7 days of you returning home.

7. If you need to cancel your holiday prior to 6 weeks to departure. date then you will loose the 10% deposit

8. If you need to cancel your holiday within 6 weeks of your holiday, the following conditions apply:

4-6 weeks before departure 50% of the holiday price will be kept

2-4 weeks before departure 75% of the holiday price will be kept

0-2 weeks before departure 100% of the holiday price will be kept

9. We strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance.

10. The property owner is not liable for any personal accident claims

11. The swimming pool is used at your own risk and normal precautions should be taken.

12. No glass or crockery is to be taken around the pool

13. Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

14. The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on booking.

15. Please report any damages during your stay. The owner accepts that wear and tear occurs and accidents do happen. Any damage that could have been prevented will be charged for.

Bedroom 2 is a triple (double and single beds) it has a corner jacuzzi in the room and an en suite marble shower room
Bedroom 3 is a twin room but also has an extra king size bed in! en suite shower room
Bedroom 4 is a double and has an en suite shower room
Bedroom 5 is a double and has an en suite bathroom (this is the largest room and an extra bed can be provided for this room)

The gardens of Malikane is exactly how you imagine a Mediterranean garden to be. Set in 5000m2 of land there is a large orange and lemon grove where you can pick your own fruit . There is a large swimming pool set slightly away from the residence and sheltered by many palm trees. There is a vegetable patch where you can pick your own veggies that are in season.

Between the residence and pool there is a large covered bbq area for outside dining.
The residence has a large downstairs terrace where all meals can be eaten. Upstairs there are several balconies where the views of the surrounding countryside are amazing (In the summer you can often see stalks in the garden of Malikane )

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
