Beautiful & lush private home with private pool just 5 minute walk to Playa Hermosa beach with world class surf break, and amazing yoga classes just minutes away! The remodel is complete! New kitchen, new windows, new beds, and so much more! This home is surround by jungle on 3 sides for the utmost privacy! Enjoy the serenity of a private home with all the modern amenities just steps from local restaurants, a gorgeous beach with a great surf break, & local grocery store all in a quiet small town.

Private outdoor spaces include a large back patio with BBQ, outdoor eating area and private pool. The upper level has a huge covered terrace for yoga, reading or simply relaxing. There are no other homes on this lot or on the neighboring lots yet you are right in town. Large living spaces and 3/4 bath on main level and 2 bedrooms upstairs that open up to the large terrace that overlooks the pool, plus 2nd 3/4 bath.

The entire home is yours to use including lush grounds with a lime tree and 2 avocado trees.

The home is equipt with towels, sheets and all of the necessities.

Interaction with guests

The house manager is very nearby and available to help you arrange any activities you may want: surf lessons, surf board rentals, ATV rentals, horse back riding, trips to Montezuma falls and zip lining and more!

The neighborhood

This home is in peaceful and serene Playa Hermosa but a quick walk to the beach , amazing surf break, the local grocery store, TP8 restaurant where you can enjoy brick oven pizzas, home made pasta and fish and Colore Cafe with fabulous breakfasts ,lunch and dinners, and the new Pop Art restaurant! This area has amazing restaurants for the pickiest of foodies! Santa teresa is also known for an amazing yoga community and there are many daily classes throughout the town. Pranamar has daily yoga classes and is only a short 5 minute drive away!

Getting around

You can avoid renting a car or ATV and enjoy walking to what Hermosa has to offer, or if you want to head into Santa Teresa often we can arrange a bike, car or ATV rental. Either way your stay will be fantastic!!

Why can't I call Julie (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Julie (the owner) a message.

If Julie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
