Located in Santa Margherita di Pula only 40Km (40 minutes) from Cagliari airport .

The beach in front of you, forget the car.

It's a very peaceful 70sqm house surrounded by a beautiful private garden in total privacy, colourful flowers and pine trees and 300mt from the beach !! Ground floor you will find a cosy kitchen and living room with a nice fire place, and two sofas . First floor another two double bedrooms ( plus a single bed) following. by an air conditioning, wifi, satellite TV , CD player, washing machine, microwave etc.. Outside you will find a nice terrace with a barbeque for beautiful outdoor dining, shower, bicycles available for free, and two car spaces. For those who love walking by the sea, it's nice to discover white long beaches or small intimate beaches with crystal clear water. May become an annual event for those who love peace, the sea and the life in contact with nature and pleasant temperatures. Based multiple trips. Near the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia and the numerous and mysterious nuragic archaeological sites. Car advised, availability to accompany the disabled to / from airport (please contact the owner).

The following prices are for one week (for two adults)

The amount of 200 euros resulting from the final statement, refers to the security deposit and will be reimbursed after check-out according to the TripAdvisor policy.

“Perfect villa holiday”

We loved this villa - great location, peaceful, good beds (rare in villas), beautiful beach. An excellent place to completely de-stress and with easy access to many great places to visit. Would highly recommend. Also, this is the first time I've used Holiday Lettings and thought the whole booking process from start to end was really efficient.
