An antique-filled elegant villa with pool, close to the centre of the celebrated gastronomic town of Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi

Relax in the knowledge that you can walk into the town centre of Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi for provisions or, better still, a Michelin-starred gourmet experience at one of its prized restaurants. However, while the area is undoubtedly a favourite with foodies, you’ll also find yourself close to pretty beaches, wonderful nature and many of the highlights of the Amalfi Coast.

This magnificent villa is set on three floors and retains an indisputable air of grandeur. It overlooks an expansive tree-fringed lawn, leading to the pool (7.26 m x 11 m, deep 1.4 - 1.8 m, available from 1/4 to 31/10) and its attractive decking area. Dine al fresco on the terrace, which has a separate shaded lounge area, or in the very charming outdoor kitchen which is equipped with cupboards, a pizza oven, sink and grill.

The open-plan living space on the ground floor is equally impressive, featuring antique furniture, huge stone archways and fireplaces and traditional Amalfi ceramics. Dine at the imposing wooden dining table (seats 12), looking out through French windows to the garden, or curl up with a book in the cosy lounge area. The atmospheric old-style kitchen has all mod cons and doors to the terrace.

Second Floor (access via a narrow 12-step spiral staircase from first floor)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
