From the owner

It located on the hills of the municipality of San Venanzo, in a stone house built in 1600 and is part of a small village. The name of the structure derives from its function which formerly held since 1600 to about half of the '900. Under the Granary is an ancient cave, used in ancient times to preserve food and more recently as a wine cellar. The detached villa includes a lounge area with fireplace, a TV, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and a kitchen with dishwasher, oven and refrigerator. Externally there is a large garden with a swimming pool (possibility to heat it at extra cost), a terrace with BBQ and an outdoor spa (spa) for the exclusive use with wi-fi stereo and color therapy. The Granary is located only 5 min. Marsciano, where there is a shopping center and all the necessary services. It 'a good starting point to explore many places of interest is 10 min. of Scarzuola, 15 min machine. Todi, 20 min. from Perugia, 30 min. Lake Trasimeno, 30 min. Assisi and 1 hour 30 min. from Rome. The international airport Saint Francis of Assisi is located 30 minutes by car.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Case (the owner) a message.

If Case (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
