The apartament Orchidea is locaded in a small village called Mastena, near Menaggio. The place is very nice, quite and in the nature, so perfect for an Holiday characterized by relax. Parking free in the area.

In addition the breathtaking view of Como lake you see from the apartment give you a sense of freedom and happiness.

The apartament has a surface of 55 mq. It has 1 doubleroom and it dispone also of 1 quality sofabed for 2 people in living area including flat screen TV 32". A confortable bathroom, fully equipped kitchen from dishwasher + fridge + freezer + toaster+ oven, livingroom opens to patio doors to reveal a panoramic lake view where you can dine al fresco and steps to a lower exterior terrace/garden for sunbathing ( 2 sunloungers). The apartment lies on the Hills, a position that allows guests to atmire fantastic views of the Lake and the surrounding mountains the private garden boasts an external BBQ area. The welcoming ambience, the beautiful views of the Lake and its surroundings and the calm and tranquility breathable in it make this lovely apartment in Lake Como perfect for families.

The apartament is suitable for families with children. If you have a larger party of people to accomodate, you can also rent another apartment near, enjoy your privacy with your family or friends very close by. Please enquire about discounted rates for renting these two properties togheder.

Lake Como is one of the most beautiful italian lake and enjoys great popularity with holidaymakey. Every season is Worth a visit because the climate is mild. Springtime starts in April, May and June are warm. In July the temperature reaches 25/30 degrees, but there is Always a lovely breeze, la BREVA, a must for surfers and sailing boats. September and October are much loved too and winter are usually cold but bright with lot of Sunshine. In this area you can practice water sports, hiking, mountain biking, you can go for a walk along the lakeshore, play golf or if you prefer, you can spend a relaxing time and enjoy a quiet Holiday on the sunny beaches around the lake.

SAN SIRO

San Siro is a very quiet and picturesque village, has few restaurants/pizzerie and small trattorie where you can taste lake fish, minimarket, bank, pharmacy, pub, post. Thanks to its central lake position it is base to explore the area. Its location is ideal for day trips by ferry to the other shore of the Bellagio Varenna and by car to nearby small lakeside towns and villages Tremezzo, Menaggio, Lenno.

For mountain lovers there are walks through small villages. For years Holidaymarkes have flocked to these shores in search of rest and relaxation amongst arguably the finest scenery in Italy. Be it relaxing on the local beach, enjoy the local cusine or whipping up some treats in the kitchen, a visit to one of the many splendid villas, a round of golf at the local course in near by Menaggio or shopping till to drop in Como city or Milan, the lake has something for everyone. The locals who welcome you with open arms simply add to the charm, making it an experience you will want to repeat time and again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Raffaella (the owner) a message.

If Raffaella (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
