IMPORTANT; This Villa is registered & approved by the Ibiza Tourist Authorities so ALL TAXES & FEES ARE INCLUDED in our prices. Many Villas are renting illegally so always request a Villa's registration number when inquiring. OUR PRICES ARE STILL AS 2014 & ARE IN EUROS so are a little CHEAPER in sterling terms. This attractive private villa and pool ( NOT OVERLOOKED) , stands in it's own grounds on a pine hillside, with superb views and sunsets, overlooking the sea and islands just 3km from San Antonio and just 2 mins by car, 8 mins walk from the lovely sandy cove & restaurant at Cala Salada. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac so it is quiet & no passing traffic. This is an 'up-market' part of the Island away from the Ibiza party image which however can still be sampled in the evening, less than 5 minutes away. by car/taxi, in San Antonio. The view from the lounge terrace is quite something and you will want to take pictures of the sunsets. There is also a spacious secluded pool terrace and roof terrace. Sunbeds are located on all 3 terraces. Solar assisted heating to all 3 showers mean there's usually plenty of hot water. Other features , New HD LED SMART TV , Sky sports, BBC and ITV, DVD and audio amp for your iPod, FREE superfast fibre Wi-Fi internet access There are nice restaurants nearby which are listed in the house book. Or if you wish to cook at home then there is a super new kitchen with everything you would expect ( including dishwasher) even down to the electric wine cork remover !.. Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival time after 2pm. Depart for 10am when the maid starts. Your luggage can be left secure if you have a later departure.Property is cleaned and linen changed weekly.. Utility area off kitchen has a washing machine etc., Two clothes lines. Kindly bring your own beach towel. A cool-box & cold blocks are provided for shopping or the beach etc. Please see our Guests' write-ups on Trip Adviser to get an idea of what a lovely Villa we have here.The villa has a number of steps up to front door but our private drive built in spring 2010 now enables you to drive right up to the door of the villa & park on our private rear terrace where you can also play table tennis, volleyball & badmington. . Wheelchair access is possible bit not really recommended. Car hire is an advantage for Island-touring but not essential as there is a good taxi service for the 5 mins to San Antonio at just 8 euros. The beach & restaurant is only a short walk.. Another nice restaurant, recommended by our Guests, is just 10 min walk away.

Bedroom #1 with 5ft.double bed and en-suite. .Bedroom #2 with twin beds .Bedroom #3 , slightly smaller, with twin beds.

All have Dorma "full-forever" pillows.& are air-conditioned at night, ( included in high season tariff) . The electrically operated blackout blinds & mosquito screens ensure a peaceful lie-in. Digital safes & hairdryers are in rooms 1 & 3..

The en-suite bathroom is fully tiled with walk-in shower, WC and hand basin & sea view. .Separate fully tiled bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and wash basin & sea view for the 2 twin bedrooms. .Upstairs is a further fully tiled walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.(& Sea view of course) , Spacious open plan lounge and smart dining room or dine in the conservatory. with panoramic sea views. The lounge has Corbusier Italian leather suite. French windows lead to the lounge terrace with Alibert settee & chairs for your evening drink watching the sunset. , There is third dining set outside if you wish to dine in the sun or for your BBQ., Both the lounge & the conservatory have large sliding windows which you can open up fully to the outside or close at night if you wish...

The lounge has UK TV ( |Sky sports , BBC , ITV etc ) , DVD, CD, audio amp, Wi-Fi Internet access (free and unlimited), books, board games, CD & a large collection of DVD films. . Binoculars etc .

The new kitchen has everything that you would expect in a modern 15,000 euro kitchen from the dishwasher to even an electric cork remover for your wine. No smoking inside Villa please ( ash-trays are provided just outside on the terraces) .

Private drive right to the door with private parking for 3 to 4 cars just outside..

Please see details. In addition to the Villa dining room the lounge terrace has 2 sets of dining tables and chairs for summer dining in the sun or in the shade . BBQ is at end of lounge terrace. Superb sunsets and views out to the Islands and even the mountains on the mainland on a clear day (binoculars in villa). Four terraces in total: large secluded pool terrace (approx 200sqm) with sunbeds, sun hammocks, large parasols, table and chairs. Pool house with further table and chairs for a shaded lunch. Pool is 8x4m, depth; 2m to 1m. Underwater lights for your midnight swim. Second lounge terrace approx 55sqm with sunbeds, table and chairs to dine 6 under covered part outside lounge French windows. BBQ, superb views. Third terrace on roof (shared with 2m satellite dish and solar panel). Totally secluded for that all-over tan. Lovely views. A couple of sunbeds (you can move up others from the lounge terrace just down the few steps). Gardens include terraced gardens with cactus plants, flowers and various fruit trees . Delicious figs available for guests from mid-August. Fourth rear terrace for parking & games inlcudung table tennis.

Had the most wonderful stay here! The views from this villa are absolutely fantastic, each room has a slightly different sea room (even the bathrooms!) and you have to stop and take it in each time you walk past a window. The villa and pool were lovely, the location is great & the owner was a fabulous host. The photos really don't capture quite how beautiful the views from this place are! Very much looking forward to a return visit!!!

Why can't I call Ian (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ian (the owner) a message.

If Ian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
