The living area is well-lit, and equipped with free WiFi internet and cable TV. Besides its lovely view, this penthouse is just minutes away from the Sliema promenade, full of shops, seafront restaurants, ice cream parlors, internet cafes, daily cruise ships round Malta, and ferry boats that take you to the capital city, Valletta. The promenade is ideal for walking or jogging and is a great area to relax and enjoy the great panorama with boats passing by.
You'll have access to the entire property, which is private and not shared with any other tenants. We can also organize airport transfers.
St. Julian's was once a quiet fishing village but has been transformed into a major residential and tourist center, home to some of Malta's newest hotels. St. Julian's merges with Paceville, Malta's main nightlife center, where there are clubs, casinos, and numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars. Picturesque Spinola Bay is still used by fishermen whose traditional boats are housed just below the restaurants. Back in the bay, there are still a number of old boat houses belonging to the fishermen that remain with their traditional fishing boats sheltering in the bay.
The bay is particularly lovely in the evenings with the lights of the restaurants and street lighting reflecting in the calm water. The bus stop is located just next to the property, so you won't need a car during your stay.
Our penthouse is the perfect vacation spot on the coast of Malta, successfully blending fishing village charm with a modern tourist center. With Latin architecture, such as Spinola Palace, built-in 1688, and the Old Parish Church, guests can explore popular historical sites. Divers will enjoy exploring shipwrecks via the Divewise Center. The renovated Paceville district, a former military haunt in the 1930s, is now the hub of St. Julian's nightlife with an array of restaurants, bars, and clubs.
