Villa Quadrata is situated close to the little town of Rovolon, which is comprised within the Euganean Hills Regional Park. This area is possibly one of the most beautiful in the entire countryside of the Veneto Region, with hills cloaked in woods and vineyards overlooking the plain. For centuries the Venetian nobles who had their country seats here built the most stunning villas in these parts. The Villa is within easy reach of cities laden with history and fine monuments, including Padua, Vicenza as well as spas such as Abano and Montegrotto. Golf lovers will find several courses at their disposal within a radius of 20 kilometres. The villa is surrounded by a large park where there is a swimming pool (16x8 m, 1.4-1.9 m deep)(01/06-30/09 open from 9.00 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.), complete with outdoor shower, changing-room and a fine shady terrace fully equipped for dining in the open air. The villa has central heating, air conditioning in all the bedrooms and wi fi internet connection. There is a laundry room adjacent to the villa, complete with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The price includes 8 hours of domestic help/6 times a week and mid-weekly change of bed and bath linen. There is parking available within the property and a garage for two cars.

PLEASE NOTE: The caretaker lives in a part of the property. The swimming pool is very close to a road, and traffic noise can be heard, whereas the villa itself is 100 m distant. Pets are welcome upon payment (10 euro per animal/day).
