Alojamiento moderno muy bien ubicado y orientado en la urbanización Santa Margarita, cerca de supermercados y restaurantes. Se encuentra completamente equipado para 4 personas, por lo que dispone de:

* Una habitación de matrimonio.

* Una habitación doble.

* Terraza de 16 m2, con mesa exterior y toldos, para poder disfrutarla durante desayunos, comidas y cenas.

* Cuna infantil, si fuese necesario.

* Piscina.

* Garaje en el sótano.

El precio no incluye sábanas y toallas, pues tienen un pequeño coste de 5€ por persona. Sin embargo, usted puede ahorrarse fácilmente ese pequeño coste si viene con sus propias sábanas y toallas.

==== POLÍTICA DE LIMPIEZA ====

* La limpieza final del apartamento no está incluida, por lo que el inquilino se compromete a dejar limpio el apartamento antes de su salida. No hace falta lavar las toallas y la ropa de cama, obviamente. Pero sí debe quedar el suelo barrido, las mesas recogidas y todos los enseres limpios y "en su sitio". En caso de que el piso no quede debidamente limpio a la salida, se descontará de la fianza entre 30€ y 40€.

* ¿Por qué no incluimos la limpieza dentro del precio? Nos parece injusto que gente que trata muy bien el apartamento deba pagar un plus por limpieza, ya sea implícito en el precio del alquiler, o explícito mediante una cantidad complementaria. Preferimos ahorrar, por defecto, ese coste al inquilino, y cobrarlo sólo a aquellos inquilinos que realmente prefieren pagar antes que limpiar el apartamento a su salida (la inmensa minoría, prácticamente nadie). De ese modo, el precio de la estancia es más ajustado, al no cobrar el coste de un servicio que, generalmente, el propio inquilino puede realizar sin gran esfuerzo.

Los horarios de entrada y salida son, efectivamente, adaptables, por lo que en todo momento intentaremos adaptarnos a las necesidades de los inquilinos. Sin embargo, eso no nos obliga, de ningún modo, a aceptar entradas antes de las 13:00, ni a aceptar salidas después de las 11:00.
