You're welcome to stay in this spacious two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies apartment with big beautiful garden,children playground and grill for a perfect vacation.

We provide bicycles for free.

Parking spot,use of garden,outside grill and kitchen is also provided.

You'll enjoy your stay in this cozy apartment with a big beautiful garden, childrens playground, outside grill and kitchen.

Apartment is located in the private house in town Rogoznica, just 8 min walking from the small pebble beach.

Our large 800 m2 garden has an outside grill with fully equipped kitchen, table and chairs, outside LCD TV, parking spot, childrens playground and lots of space, all free to use while you are enjoying your stay here.

Position of the house is ideal for having a quiet vacation and center of Rogoznica is just 5 min walking from the apartment.

Apartment is on the first floor of the house, has two bedrooms, kitchen and living room.

Each bedroom has a comfortable double bed, it's own balcony, fridge and bathroom.

Living room has an LCD TV with satellite channels.

Kitchen is equipped with dishes, stove and fridge with the freezer so you can prepare any kind of tasty meal, or you can also use our shared outside fully equipped kitchen and grill.

Each bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.

Baby cot can be provided free of charge, please contact in advance.

Parking spot and all equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, towels & more are included free of charge.

We are located in a quiet neighbourhood, just 5 min walking to the center of town Rogoznica.

It's just 8 min walking to the nearest small pebble beach, suitable for children too.

Rogoznica, a town with a warm sea and beautiful beaches, situated 25 km south of Šibenik. This is a typical Mediterranean town, ideal for a peaceful and pleasant holiday away from the bustle of the city.

In Rogoznica is also a Lake Dragon’s Eye, a unique geohydromorphological phenomenon on the eastern Adriatic coast that has developed distinctive flora and fauna because of its special physical and chemical properties.

Rogoznica also has an ideal location to explore some of the best Dalmatian places like:

Trogir – 24 km away - is set within medieval walls on a tiny island, linked by bridges to both the mainland and to the far larger Čiovo Island. On summer nights everyone gravitates to the wide seaside promenade, lined with bars, cafes and yachts. The old town has retained many intact and beautiful buildings from its age of glory between the 13th and 15th centuries. Its collection of Romanesque and Renaissance buildings earned it World Heritage status.

Sibenik – 30 km away from Vodice is Sibenik, the oldest Croatian town on the Adriatic seaboard. It's located in a unique setting of a picturesque bay, at the mouth of the Krka River. Sibenik is a town of culture, distinctive by its stone streets and squares, hundreds of stone steps and numerous small churches. At the town core is the Cathedral of Sibenik as its largest and best-known feature which is also on the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites.

Krka National Park – 45 km away from Vodice is home to the largest and best-known waterfalls in the Dalmatia region. With its seven falls and a total drop of 242 metres, Krka is a natural phenomenon. It is a natural and preserved ecosystem almost untouched by human activity and is a must-visit destination for all Vodice visitors. The Krka falls offers every visitor an unforgettable experience of natural beauty. The isle of Visovac with its 15th century Franciscan monastery is also a trademark symbol of this national park, while the natural phenomenon of the Roski slap falls will leave you breathless.
