Caribbean Island living at its best! Easy tropical living with remarkable service and style! Set amid lush tropical gardens, 300 FEET AND/OR ONE MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH, three bedrooms, 2 baths, with large sliding doors to take advantage of sea breezes and views, opening onto large covered decks.

Wake up to coffee on the deck with a gentle tropical breeze rustling through the palm trees. Flowers & birds are everywhere and the ocean is visible through the trees. Relax by the pool, go snorkeling, tour and visit places on the island or just read your book on deck. If scuba diving is on your agenda Black Pearl Divers will pick you up at the dock in Palmetto Bay for a two tank boat dive. Daily Departure times are 8:30 and 1:30 PM. For reservations go to their web site under the "contact" tab. Several advantages to diving with Black Pearl: they will allow you to leave your dive gear on the dive boat to alleviate packing it back and forth from Casa Azul Turquesa to the dock, and then clean your gear after your last dive of each day. On your last day of diving a thorough cleaning & delivery of your dive gear will also be provided upon request.

Casa Azul Turquesa, set amid lush tropical gardens full of flowers, hummingbirds and blue-green geckos, is about a minute's walk to the water's edge and the long sweeping white sand beach of Palmetto Bay located on the north shore of Roatan. The natural bay, just inside the reef, includes a one mile long beach, dock and harbor. Diving and snorkeling on the reef are excellent and the reef is just a few hundred feet off shore. The pool, activity center, dive shop, and restaurant are tucked just beyond the tree line on the beach and are part of the residential resort community of over 106 acres of secluded and protected beachfront and hillside covered with tropical vegetation. Casa Azul Turquesa is fully equipped and has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and sleeps six people. The main living area opens out to an open air large covered deck and two bedrooms open out onto large covered screened-in decks where you can enjoy morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. If you need a little break from the sun or some evening entertainment, there is a 50" 4K television with over 500 blu-ray quality titles from various genres available on the hard drive and Fiber-optic internet with wifi. There is also a nice 5.1 soundbar system available that you can blue tooth or plug into from your media device, for your listening pleasure. Casa Azul Turquesa is also equipped with two water filter systems (Installed April 2016). A three stage whole-home filtration system and an under-the-counter 6 stage reverse osmosis system (UV filter included) which is connected directly to an independent dispensing faucet and our new fridge for automatic ice making (via antimicrobial tubing). TPS (Total Dissolved Solids) test came in at 55. For comparison: Bottled water comes in at 54. Unfiltered water from the well varied from 326 to 375.

Note: Prices do not include food, alcohol and drinks purchased at the restaurant/bar, or rental fees on kayaks/paddle-boards.

Upon arrival at Roatan Airport our Property Managers will help you pick up your rental vehicle (if applicable) and provide escort service to Casa Azul Turquesa. They will be on hand throughout your stay to provide advice and assistance so your vacation will be hassle free. A cell phone will be available to contact them while on the island.

How do damage deposits work?
