The garden is an extension of the forest bringing nature right up to the rooms, which have wide views to the forest and valley. Here you combine the luxury of a modern home with the experience of living close to nature. Ideal for familys,the children will have  a memorable experience, while parents enjoy the piece and quiet.

THE ROAD:

You have to drive through a 500 m. dirt road to get to the house . It is what keeps the valley Hidden, and it is  perfect for a walk.

THE CATS:

There are free cats roaming around the house and garden. They are very friendly and will come up to you for feeding and pampering.

THE QUIET:

It is very quiet (except for the rooster and frogs). 

You are expected to respect this. This is not a house for wild parties.

THERE ARE VERY FEW AND LOW LIGHTS OUTSIDE:

We try to keep artificial light as low and as close to the house as possible. Light polution has an impact on  bird's and other animal's breeding and feeding habits.

BIOCLIMATIC DESIGN vs AIRCONDITIONING:

The house is designed to be cooled by natural draft. We sacrificed this only in one room for the sake of the view so this room is the only one with airconditioning.

STEPPING STONES:

There are a few pathways with stepping stones. You will have to walk consciously.

Why can't I call Spyros (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Spyros (the owner) a message.

If Spyros (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
