Holiday House is a private hotel situated on the main road linking Porto Cesareo culimena tower, and is one of the most beautiful places of Salento. The house boasts a geographically ideal location for those looking for a holiday of sea, sun, but also relax: the structure in fact, on the one hand is surrounded by green countryside of Salento; the other is within walking distance of tourist-known resorts such as Porto Cesareo, Gallipoli, Lecce and many others. The distance from the sea is about 800 meters over the known locations of the count ila swamp that offers, in a crystal-clear sea frame, the ability to use both the beach and the rock. The house is suitable for 2 to 6 people, with large garden in which to relax in silence and privacy, is made up of: a living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom, with bunk beds, a bathroom, a kitchen , and an outside porch, where you can safely enjoy breakfast or dinner in the company. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets. They are the small pets accepted. Grazie dei consigli ne farò tesoroanche se c'è da dire che l'acqua x cucnare e lavarsi i denti si può usare tranquillamente, mi dispiace x i rubinetti ma x il periodo un po' particolare che stiamo attraversando non mi è stato possibile ma lo farò x qunto riguarda la macchinetta del caffè bastava chiedere lavremmo sostituta in quanto siamo sempre presenti comunque grazie di aver scelto la corte del geco

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pina (the owner) a message.

If Pina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
