Amazing Location, Value For Money, Clean, Fresh And Homely, Well Maintained Modern And New Sleeps 8 over 4 Bedrooms.

A lovely 4 bedroom ground floor apartment, perfect for use by disabled guests as there are no steps to climb. Situated in the quieter side of the mountain of Puerto Rico round by Puerto base. It's only a few minutes walk from the local shopping centre Olas centro where you will find beautiful eatery and bars and shopping or your just 1 mile away from the main shopping centre of Puerto Rico, where you have the beaches and the restraunts and of course shopping, souveniers and bars and clubs.

The apartment over looks the harbour and is only 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from Amadores beach around the new promenade, this picturesque walk is amazing for views and for fresh air strolls.

The apartment is newly refurbished with all the mod cons including Satellite TV, iPod docking station, DVD, iron and ironing board, hob and oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, electric fans, and most importantly WiFi internet and the whole house is air conditioned. We think we have thought of everything you could need there is even baby equipment and Xbox for the kids.

This apartment is a pleasure to rent out it always received great feedback. If your looking for something homely in the right area , away from the busy shopping centre but just a stone throw away from all the action then this is the one for you.

It's strategically priced for good value for money and is well kept clean tidy and modern. Recommended maximum people would be 8.

Extras are available on request such as welcome packs and airport transfers or VIP pick ups in limousines.

Accessibility

This apartment is accessed through 1 front door which leads out onto the street perfect for wheelchair users. This is typically a Spanish town house bungalow and easy access without all the stairs in normal blocks. The pavement goes right round for easy route to the shopping areas and beaches it's on first road of the mountain so easy for walking or for disabled guests. Gran Canaria is reknown for being very mountainy and this property is on the first tier of the mountain and easy to reach without tiresome legs.

Outside

The apartment has use of various communal areas, there are gardens which are shared with 8 other apartments and also a BBQ area to the side of the shared private pool. There are patio areas also which can be used above the apartment . The views from here look over the harbour which is lovely. The apartment itself does not have it's own terrace although most guests don't mind they just use the swimming pool area which is relaxing instead and a few steps nearby. The pool is heated by the sun but it's perfect most the year round. We always use it when we go over even in December and winter months.

Puerto Rico beach is less than 5 minutes walk

Amadores beach is 15 minutes walk

Mogan beach is 20 minutes drive

Playa del Ingles is 15 minutes drive

Maspalomas is 15 minutes drive

Meloneras is 10 minutes drive

Golf

Golf courses are all over but right on the doorstep ie within 5 km are Anfi Tauro golf , el Salobre golf and then Maspalomas, San Augustin and the rest within 30 minutes drive.

Booking can be done via the site using Bacs transfer into our UK bank account. Full payment is required upfront to confirm the booking and contracts will be emailed out to you for you to sign and return. Management will meet and greet you in resort at the apartment if required to present keys and welcome you. Normally we use a key safe for letting yourself in unless otherwise requested.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location

I purchased this property as my family home in 2004, I since moved back to UK and rather than sell it I decided to convert it to holiday Accommodation for tourists. It's in idyllic location in lovely area and right in the heart of where you need to be. This island has everything and best of all the best climate in the world with an average of only 18 hours of rain per year! If your looking for a lovely property in the right area and value for money you have just found it!

Unique benefits of the property

The apartment offers comfort, security, modern feel, homely comforts and utilities and a clean presentable approach. It's well organised, maintained and we have a great management team running it for us too who also share our values. You will not find a sizable place like this in this condition for anything less and we believe you will love your stay.

The apartment now boasts air conditioning over the whole house which in summer months is a breath of fresh air im sure. Temps can get up to high 40 degrees so its a must .

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a large double bed and new wardrobe and en suite shower and basin

Bedroom 4 has 2 single children's beds

Bathrooms: The bathroom has wc, large hydrating power massage jets shower, basin and large wooden laundry basket and white cupboards for storage. The bathroom is elegantly tiled and is modern with luxury shower doors . The water is heated by solar power from panels and backed up by electric water heater when there is no sunshine which is very rare.

Kitchen: The kitchen comprises of a brand new layout of cupboards plenty of storage and brand new. You have a washing machine, new hob and oven, fridge and intelligent lighting. You also have microwave kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all utensils and commodity's.

Storage Room under the pool if a regular visitor

There is if hired a utility storage room, this is used for luggage and storage. It has been used previously for golf clubs, expensive cycling equipment or bikes and of course surfing equipment or just general storage . If you wish to leave your cases here until next time we can store at a small surcharge for you until next time.

Living Rooms: The living room / diner is a lovely long room with a very comfy sofa and a ultra modern look and feel. It is spacious and includes plasma tv, Satellite box and an iPod docking music station and xbox and pc for surfing the internet for the kids. The diner has 6 brand new modern dining chairs and a new table

The apartment has a shared use of a private pool for 8 apartments . A key will be provided of which a deposit is required on arrival. The pool is secluded private and well kept, clean and presentable it also has separate children's pool. Please take your own towels as we dont use the bathroom towel's for outside the house.

Cleaning/towels/

linen/maid service: The apartment will be left clean for your arrival and you will met by our management who will show you everything. Dependant on the length of your stay will determine which cleaning and laundry requirements you have. On average we change laundry weekly.
