These contemporary abodes cleverly incorporate the famous white Brač stone, the same material that graces its renowned counterpart, The White House in Washington, these contemporary abodes seamlessly blend with the landscape. Adorned with native plants and trees on thoughtfully positioned terraces, the villas provide guests with a splendid vantage point at any hour. The Villa:

The White House, conceived as our family retreat, boasts a unique and stylish decor that radiates uncluttered elegance. It serves as a sanctuary for those in search of peace and tranquility, all while featuring modern conveniences befitting a villa of such exquisite beauty. The villa's generous layout comfortably accommodates a sizable group of guests. With two kitchens, three reception rooms, and a variety of terraces, large and small, one can choose between mingling with fellow travelers or escaping into a good book, depending on one's mood. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to exude serenity and features an individually styled en-suite bathroom equipped with a hairdryer. All bedrooms come equipped with a flat-screen TV and separate air-conditioning units, allowing guests to personalize their indoor climate

The Top Floor:

The top level features an elegant kitchen leading into a dining room and lounge area complete with a fireplace. Access the main balcony, terraces, open-air kitchen, and pool from here.

The Second Floor:

Accommodating four bedrooms and a media room with a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating, each bedroom opens onto an outdoor terrace, offering various views and levels of intimacy.

The First Floor:

The lower level serves as the entrance from the gated parking area, featuring a spacious hallway, fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining area, two bedrooms, cloakroom, gym, and laundry room.

Outdoors:

Terraces at various levels accommodate both group gatherings and intimate moments. The sun deck with a large Jacuzzi offers breathtaking views, while the heated pool on the main terrace invites relaxation. The Village:

Just a five-minute stroll away, the charming village of Pučišća enchants with its warmth and absence of crowds. Family-run shops, bars, and konobas cater to diverse tastes, while three public beaches and secluded spots along the coastline offer tranquil escapes. Boat rentals and excursions are easily arranged through the local tourist office, with nearby attractions like Bol's 'Golden Horn' beach and picturesque harbor towns accessible by bus or car.

Getting There:

The nearest airport is Split, 20 min away. Zadar airport is an hour away, and Dubrovnik airport is 1 ½ hours away. The house is located on Brac Island, and the car ferry regularly departs from Split ferry terminal to SUPETAR, Brac (50 minutes away). From here its 30 minutes to the house. Airport transfers by boat (1 hour) or taxi (2 hours) can be arranged. The ferry schedule can be found with Jardrolinija. There is also a local bus service.
