Soula Beach House is a spacious 2-bedroom house just 5 minutes’ walk from the picturesque Green Bay Beach with crystal clear blue waters and white sand.

It has been renovated recently to very high standards and is now highly rated. The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. The whole house is furnished with taste and care to include all modern amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, air-condition throughout, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV with a full range of English, Russian and some European channels.

The first-floor features a master bedroom with a double bed. A children's crib can be added on request. A second double bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed.There is also a full size bathroom with shower and toilet.

Soula Beach House offers a good size outside patio area with a dining table, BBQ set and elegant lighting for the night.

This child friendly house is fully air conditioned offers optional stair gates for child safety and is ideal for a family holiday or a romantic break.

It is in one of the best locations of Protaras, just 5 minutes' walk to the picturesque Green Bay beach, and Turtle Bay where you can swim wit the turtles. Central Protaras is about 1.2km away and within 2 km radius you will find restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, Doctors, pharmacies, ATM, water sports, organized beach and much more.

We try to keep our rates as low as possible. In fact, you can have the whole house for the price of a Hotel room. Soula Beach House over the years has become very popular and is usually fully booked. Over the years we have secure several regular quests coming year after year. For this reason, we recommend early booking.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nicos (the owner) a message.

If Nicos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
