Description

The villa is set in beautifully landscaped gardens, brimming with fruit trees, jasmine and bougainvillea. . The garden is shared by the owner but the layout means you can enjoy your privacy. There is a 11 meter pool with large steps where children can sit and play. There is also a trampoline and children are welcome to play on this. The property is set in an area previously designated for agricultural use and is therefore not yet heavily built on. It is situated near the beach resort of Protaras, with its sandy beaches , bars and restaurants, and the village of Paralimni.

The villa is set in an area known locally as Kokkines, from the Greek word for red. This refers to the rich red soil where traditionally potatoes were farmed. The land surrounding the property is no longer used for farming but the wake up call of the cockerel can still be heard from the neighboring property. The villa was built by the owner for his family and is situated next to the owners property. The villa is very spacious with large balconies at the front and rear. The villa is fully air conditioned. The sea can be seen in the distance and it is a short drive from the beaches of Protaras and the facilities offered by the village of Paralimni.

“Fantastic!”

This villa is outstanding! We regularly visit Cyprus and have rented various villas and this was by far the most superior! In the middle of no where but as close to amenities as always! Nothing was too much trouble for the owners who live next door. We received a welcome pack upon arrival which far exceeded our expectations. We will definatly rent again and look forward to it. Thanks again for making our stay nothing less than perfect xx

My husband, 3 month old son and I stayed in this amazing villa along with some of my relatives, during our summer vacation. We felt so relaxed and at home there, that even one year on, we still talk about how amazing it was. The location of the property is truly second-to-none as it is only 5 minutes away from Paralimni and Protaras. The house is large (our party was 4 adults with 2 young children), immaculately presented and fitted to a very high standard. The property garden and pool area are just gorgeous. Every evening we found ourselves on the villa's large veranda chatting away until dark or over at the owners home laughing and enjoying some of the best hospitality we have ever come across! If you truly want to enjoy the real Cyprus, drive only 5 minutes to some of Cyprus' best beaches whilst feeling like you're right at home, then you must stay at Kokkines!

How do damage deposits work?
