Enjoying all day round the nice garden (200 sqm) surrounded by greenery of various styles and special lightening at Night time. Relaxing on hammock after Bbq, covered sunbed in the Garden with wide space for sunbathing.

Villa Sunshine suits couples, families with kids, seeking a relaxing vacation within walking distance to beach (200 meters - 2min).

Villa Sunshine is close to many amenities, full fledged supermarket at the entrance of crystal lagoon complex, a very nice variety of restaurants & pubs within 2 min walking distance offering italian, international and traditional local cuisines.

Close to water sports center at kalamies beach marking the famous fresh seafood kalamies restaurant (since 1976).

Private car parking, Private pool, Fully furnished garden with spacious couch seating for 10 persons 6 sunbeds with two mega umbrellas and garden mini bar with mini fridge & ice maker in garden to enjoy your summer drinks outdoors.

Outdoor shower and access to garden through separate gate. Heated pool available for extra fee of 325 euro per gas refill. One gas refill lasts approximately for one week based on operation time of 5 hours per day.

    How do damage deposits work?
