Family Krstulovic doesn't offer you usual apartments, but separate houses in unique and exclusive location with private beach!

Situated on a 2000m2 lot in a cove “Tepli bok”, immediately at sea, 1,3 km away from the town centre.

Two smaller houses with vast terraces facing the sea lie on a cascade-like site with stone stairways, in the pine shade and surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. Here you can enjoy your own private beach with a shower and sunbathing area! It is a stone beach with arranged access to the sea, but not adequate for non-swimmers. You can go to the centre by the road or by the seafront promenade.

House "Drago" is 25 meters away from the sea, built in stone and surrounded by pine trees. It's terrace has a beautiful view to the sea, the islands and Primošten city. It has one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, bathroom (shower/wc), living room with kitchen, dining room and two couches (or beds). Very large terrace is equipped with garden table and chairs, as well with sunbathing chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen is fully equipped (except the dishwasher), as the living/dining room. Wireless internet access included.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Ankica and Roko (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ankica and Roko (the owner) a message.

If Ankica and Roko (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
