#The Villa named Casa Calma Real is located on the edge of the resort in very peaceful surroundings with magnificent views over the National Pine Forest and the background noise of the Atlantic Ocean and gets the sun on the terrace all day until late in the evening.

Only a few minutes walk away is the PdR Golf Club House and Tennis Club and only a two minute drive to the beach and the 5 star Marriott Hotel with indoor pools, gym, wellness etc. A further 5 minute drive to Golf Clubs; West Cliffs, Royal Obidos and Bom Successo.

The villa is fully equipped to a very high standard with everything you could possibly need provided.

All beds have new medical matrasses.

There are 3 bedrooms with single beds, two of the bedrooms have a large sun roof terrace, 2 bathrooms of which one is en-suite, lounge / dining room and kitchen. There are outside tables and chairs and sunlongers.

The villa is fully equipped to a very high standard and includes; hair-dryers in every bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine dryer, dish washer, Nespresso machine, linen and towels (not beach towels), books and games.

There is a full entertainment system including, TV, CD, I-POD docking station and DVD with a large selection of movies on DVD.

During the booking process I am on hand to answer any questions you may have. When booked I will still be available for you and my proerty manager with her support staff is available to deal with anything that may come up. The villa is maintained to a high standard and is technically checked before your arrival aswell it being spotleely cleaned and ready for you. All you need is your clothes and sports gear / golf, tennis etc. Their should be some basics such as coffee and tea for your arrival.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
