The County Londonderry region
ATLANTIC HOUSE is a 10 mins. walk into the picturesque town of Portstewart on the north coast. There is also an excellent bus service(stop outside gate ) into the town, which has a triangular route between Coleraine, Portrush and Portstewart. The town boasts a promenade with an upper and lower walk with views across to Donegal. It is an attractive town for shopping and eating out and is famous for its 'Morrelli's ice-cream. At the Crescent, children and families can enjoy play-pools, bumper boats, climbing frames, slides, swings and see-saws. The magnificent Portstewart Strand (national trust) is a short drive from the promenade or can be reached on foot via a winding cliff path round the castle.
3 miles west of Atlantic House along the coast road is the town of Portrush, home of the Royal Portrush Golf Club. The town also hosts Barrys amusement park which is Northern Ireland's largest funfair.
For the energetic, Portrush can be reached via the portpath which is a coastal path joining Portrush and Portstewart. It is part of the Causeway Coastal Way which runs from Portstewart to Ballycastle and passes along sandy beaches, rocky bays, high cliffs, seaside resorts and small fishing villages.

"House was amazing!"
We stayed in this house for a weekend in October 2015. We got a wonderful surprise when we arrived at the house, it is much bigger than it looks from the outside. We had a lovely family get-together, anyone looking a house to stay in of this size you will not be disappointed! The house is very clean, location is great and the view is amazing. The welcome was lovely and all the facilities in the house are great. Already looking forward to the next stay!

"Perfect base for the North Coast"
We were delighted with the house on arrival, it was much more spacious and modern than we were expecting. The house is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and we were impressed by the owner's attention to detail in making sure their guests enjoyed their stay. Everyone in the group commented on what a great house it was, and how comfortable and cosy it felt. We will most definitely be back, this property ideally suits groups of couples, groups of friends and also large family groups too.
Thank you for looking after the house so well. Would love to have you back.

"Wish we could live there permanently!"
The location of the house along the coastal road is simply perfect! Stunning views and a handy 10 minute walk into Portstewart. The house is deceptive - from outside it doesn't look very big and the photos are great but definitely don't do it justice. It's a great size - all the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the kitchen/dining/living area is a fabulous space that we would all love at home. The garden is spacious and totally enclosed so perfect for the kids. The house was really well equipped with everything we needed including the little things like tin foil, coffee, sugar etc... The only thing we couldn't find was a pint glass. There were 11 of us - 6 kids and 5 adults. Plenty of space for us all, plenty of towels etc... The only thing we could possibly complain about was the dismal pressure in the showers - like standing under a watering can. However with everything else being amazing it's easily overlooked. Within 5 minutes of arriving we were already thinking about our next trip. Can't wait to go back!
Glad you enjoyed your stay. Sorry about the showers. It is on the 'to do' list Hope to see you again

"Kick back, relax and enjoy all this house has to offer."
Big, spacious, comfortable and bright. All that you need and more contained in the house. Owner very friendly. The views are fantastic and when you get the weather you could be forgiven if you thought you where in a different country. 30 minute walk into town with the kids. (No big deal!!).
Thanks for your kind comments.Much appreciated
