The house is equipped with a main bathroom, 2 further en-suites and a ground floor WC. a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and utility room and a fully enclosed outside southerly facing area with seating. Sights and scenes from the marvellous province of Ulster are on display throughout our home.
Each bedroom is named after a local village or town land, complete with HD TV. In addition there is a wide screen, flat screen smart HD TV in the living room and HD TV with DVD player in the kitchen.
The house has a fantastic location - within 15mins walking distance of two Blue Flag beaches, 20 mins walk to world famous Royal Portrush championship golf course, 20mins walk to Portrush town centre with multiple bars, restaurants and amenities.
Appealing to families, golfers, surfers and groups of friends alike, The Grange offers the ideal location to host your getaway on the Atlantic coastline.
Portrush (from the Irish ‘Port Rois’- meaning promontory port) is situated on the beautiful and scenic North Antrim coast. A host of tourist attractions such as the Giants Causeway, Rathlin Island, Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge and the Bushmills Distillery are nearby. Blue flag beaches and a variety of dining options.
This red brick, 3 storey holiday home extends to over 2100 sq ft; and displays pictures, canvases and collages of local Northern Ireland sights and scenes. An extensive book and DVD collection is available for guests to use during their stay. Elephants are a decorative theme in the property, as symbol of good luck, fortune and protection. Each well provisioned bedroom has its own theme and high quality bed linen and towels are provided. Each bedroom is named after a local townland or area.

The dining area opens through patio doors onto a southerly facing, fully enclosed garden area, with ample seating and tables with a BBQ for alfresco cooking.

In tones of lavender, silver and grey with views over the green. Sea view. Leather bucket seat. Complete with TV & DVD player.
King Bedroom – ‘Skerries’
In tones of duck egg blue and chocolate brown, with luxurious dark brown leather sleigh bed. Bedside drawers and wardrobe. Wall mounted HD TV, complete with ensuite shower room.
Twin Room – ‘Ballintoy’
Blue checked bedroom with twin divan beds and matching headboards. Drawer and wardrobe space with wall mounted combi TV/DVD player.
Twin Room – ‘Ramore’
Rick dark wood twin beds with matching bedroom furniture, complete with red checked themed bedding. Ample drawer and wardrobe space with wall mounted combi TV/DVD player.
Main Bathroom - With bath, shower cubicle, basin & WC. In dark grey and white. Sumptuous 600gsm high quality dark grey towels are provided. One bath sheet and 1 hand towel per guest.

Really lovely, clean, comfortable, homely house. Spacious, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, close enough to town centre. The owner is friendly and helpful, we weren’t interrupted by them during our stay, but were told several times that we only had to text or phone them if we had any issues. I would recommend it to anyone!
“Perfect holiday base for large groups”
Just back home after spending 5 nights in this excellent holiday home. The house is comfortably furnished to a high standard and superbly equipped. Our party of 11 were easily accommodated and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is well located for exploring the Antrim Coast and the town centre of Portrush is a walkable distance from the house. We would certainly recommend this holiday home and Joanne the owner was very helpful and easily contactable.
Absolutely delighted with our stay for the weekend. We had booked for a family girls weekend for my mums 60th and there were 12 of us. The house was more than comfortable for us all. It is beautifully decorated and was truly a home away from home. The welcome basket was a beautiful touch and very much appreciated. Joanne was always on hand for any quick queries we had as well as providing lots of information on the house, area, etc. We will definitely be recommending to everyone as well as booking to come back ourselves. Thanks again!!
