Ce très ancien mas restauré en 2012 est idéal pour un séjour reposant en famille ou entre amis. Il tient son nom, « Philia », de celui de la déesse grecque de l’hospitalité et de l’amitié. Deux valeurs auxquelles nous sommes très attachés pour aider nos hôtes à vivre un séjour inoubliable.

La maison offre à la fois un grand confort et beaucoup d'espace : 5 chambres indépendantes pour préserver l'intimité de chacun, dont 4 suites avec salle de bains et toilettes, 3 salons, 2 salles à manger, 2 cuisines équipées, 2 jardins indépendants, piscine et solarium. Située en limite du village, ses 2 jardins clos ouvrent directement sur la campagne pour de jolies promenades à pied. Indépendante sans être isolée, la bastide bénéficie d'un calme parfait. Aucun vis-à-vis.

A la belle saison (avril à octobre) vous pourrez prendre petit-déjeuner et repas dans la vaste salle-à-manger extérieure (45 m2) avec sa cuisine entièrement équipée (y compris vaisselle et couverts), au bord de la piscine.

Au rez-de-chaussée, 3 chambres chacune avec sa salle de bains et toilettes indépendantes et ouvrant sur les 2 jardins.

Au premier niveau la vie s'organise dans les 2 salons et la mezzanine. La cuisine principale, grande ouverte sur la campagne, est également entièrement équipée (tout est donc en double) : robots, appareil à raclette, pierrade, caquelon pour les fondues, etc. Une grande chambre (35 m2) avec salon et salle de bains.

La tour qui constitue le 2ème niveau comprend une mezzanine avec coin télé, une chambre qui domine tout le village, avec sa salle de bains et toilettes.

Nous attachons la plus grande importance à vous offrir une propreté impeccable et assurons un ménage complet très soigné avant votre arrivée. Les draps et serviettes, fournis chaque semaine sont compris dans le prix de la location.

L'Internet est gratuit, les produits ménagers sont fournis.

House rules

Although the house is the last house of the village (after the campaign is), there are some neighbors as discreet as understanding. We are so grateful to you respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Especially minimize children screaming in the pool. We know that it is almost mission impossible but thank you attempt to do so.

Merci pour votre appréciation. Vous ne l'avez pas vu pendant votre séjour pour les fêtes de fin d'année quand la piscine est hivernée, mais en été elle est protégée par une barrière. Quand vous reviendrez Elio sera donc en toute sécurité dans le jardin autour.

J'avoue ne pas comprendre l'impression de manque de chauffage la dernière nuit. Si ce n'est qu'arrivant de la Réunion le jour même vous étiez habituée à des températures tropicales :-) Alors que l'ADEME préconise de chauffer à 19° le jour et 16° la nuit, le chauffage a été maintenu à 21° du vendredi 17h00 à votre arrivée jusqu'au dimanche 17h00, comme l'atteste le relevé en continu de l'enregistrement de la température par le thermostat connecté Netatmo. Vous m'avez même dit que les occupants des 2 chambres au rez-de-chaussée avaient dormi avec les fenêtres ouvertes tellement il y faisait chaud (en effet, elles sont très bien isolées et il y fait nettement plus chaud que au 1er étage et dans la tour) Par ailleurs il y a des couvertures supplémentaires dans les armoires de chacune des 4 chambres. Mais l'essentiel reste que vous ayez envie de revenir en été où la maison avec ses murs en pierre de près de 1 mètre d'épaisseur reste fraîche et très confortable pour les bébés.

How do damage deposits work?
