The exclusive apartment complex Villa Unique 9 is located 70 meters from the beach in place Podstrana next to Split (10 km). The beach has a gentle entry into the sea and there is a children's aquapark park nearby.

The facility consists of 9 super luxury apartments of 30 - 75m². The property offers a spacious terrace with a swimming pool equipped with comfortable sun loungers, seating set, barbecue with grill for preparing food, an outdoor shower and a toilet.

The outdoor swimming pool is equipped with the latest silver and copper filtration system and does't contain chlorine or other chemical elements. The pool has a massage system, a waterfall and a counter-swim device for exercise in the pool. The view from the pool terrace on the greenery and the landscaped lawn will allow you to relax in nature.

Guests have at their disposal a free indoor garage (for 6 large apartments) as well as 3 outdoor parking spaces (for 3 smaller apartments).

Free Wifi is available throughout the facility via 100 Mbps optical fiber cable.

All apartments include state-of-the-art air conditioning units that allow underfloor heating or heating, as well as a system of permanent recuperation of air in room by pouring fresh air (constantly fresh air in the room).

All apartments are equipped with one or two flat-screen TVs that offer over 400 SAT programs in various languages. Bathrooms equipped with rain shower head and multi-speed shower heads, hair dryers and free cosmetic accessories, towels and bathrobes.

The kitchens are equipped with the most modern Bosch appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, tea kettle). Dishes and kitchenware are trademarks of Villeroy & Boch and Zwilling.

All apartments have a balcony or lodge with a direct view of the Adriatic Sea and the nearby islands (Brač, Hvar, Šolta, Vis) and outdoor seating. Apartments are equipped with artist's paintings by renowned authors.

Guests have access to a beautiful roof terrace that has a landscaped green garden that offers a magnificent panoramic view of the beautiful scenery with unforgettable sunsets. The roof terrace is equipped with a seating set. Guests can also use the gym equipped with a shower and professional Life Fitness equipment.

In addition, guests are provided with a free laundry service, equipped with washing and drying machines, a table and an ironing bord. Also there is a games room for children and adults with TV, table football, darts and table tennis.

Guests who want a more active stay can visit the historic center of Split with the Diocletian's Palace, Ivan Meštrović's gallery or enjoy rafting, golf, cycling, tennis and riding. You can organize these activities over the facility.
