Welcome to villa MM,newly built(2016.) modern house in Podstrana,secret gem near the town of Split.

Just few minutes walking from the beach,restaurant and a food store, surrounded by greenery and quitness,spaciouse villa with it*s 315 m2 divided into 3 floors and it*s 200 m2 outside area with a swimming pool offers You nice and relaxing vacation...don*t worry about the parking, just put the cars safely in your 50m2 indoor garage...

DETAILS:

House is comprised of 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms + 1 toilet, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms,garage and recreation room.

Ground floor has interesting designed recreation area with billiard , small bar to leave the beverages +bar chairs, separated spacious garage.

First floor consists of 2 bedrooms(matrimonial bed in each,one has balcony and folding extra bed for single use), bathroom, stylish living room with large sofa and balcony, kitchen equipped with all necessary +large table for dining.

Second floor is designed the same just in different interior colors(kitchen,bathroom,living room with sofa bed pulled out for 2 people,2 double rooms with matrimonial bed in each and in one of them there is also one folding extra bed for single use, and 2 balconies)

Exterior of the house boasts swimming pool, summer kitchen, outdoor shower, outdoor barbecue,garden furniture for sitting and sun deck area and chairs.

House is also equipped with all appliances needed for a comfortable stay: washing machine, dishwashers, iron, microwave ovens and other..

House can accommodate maximum 12 people.

This interesting villa is ideal for the families, but also for the couples who are looking for peaceful and inspiring vacations.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
